Our promise
If you’re not happy with your forever page, ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and include your order number from the Creem receipt.
What happens next
Creem, our merchant of record, returns the money to your original payment method; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or card issuer. The page goes back to being a private draft. You can download it, or publish it again later with a new payment.
After 14 days
We still refund duplicate charges, and payments for a page we could not deliver because of a fault on our side. For anything else, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; we can usually solve it faster.
Your rights
This policy adds to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them.
