Request correction or removal

If you're a family member, estate representative, or authorized representative and need content on a memorial corrected or removed, we'll respond within 14 days.

What we can do

• Correct factual errors — dates, names, biographical details.
• Remove photographs uploaded without permission.
• Take down a family-created memorial entirely when you are the account holder.
• For notable-life biographical pages, adjust content and apply sensitivity tags per our editorial policy.

What we need from you

1. The URL of the memorial.
2. What needs correcting or removing, and why.
3. A brief note on your relationship to the subject — so we can prioritize next-of-kin requests.
4. If you're claiming copyright, a DMCA-compliant notice is appreciated.

Urgent requests

For images of minors, mourning families mid-service, or active safety issues, write URGENT at the start of your description and we'll triage it within one business day.

GDPR / CCPA rights

Residents of the EU/EEA have additional rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection). California residents have parallel rights under CCPA — including a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" request, which we honor by default: we don't sell personal information.
