Varahagiri Venkata Giri (August 10, 1894 – June 23, 1980) was an Indian politician and the fourth president of India. A staunch labor activist, he championed workers' rights and played a key role in the Indian freedom movement. He was honored with the Bharat Ratna in 1975 for his distinguished service.
