Amadeo I of Spain (1845–1890) was Italy best known for Italian Royal and temporary Head of State of Spain.

Amadeo I of Spain (May 30, 1845 – January 18, 1890) was an Italian prince who briefly served as King of Spain. Elected in 1870, his reign was marked by political turmoil and strong opposition. He abdicated after three tumultuous years, returning to Italy.
